The 60 Day Challenge

Congrats again on committing to the 60-Day Longevity Challenge. Now that you've got your baseline longevity score, let's get to work. Don't be bummed out if it's low because very few pass the first time. You'll be encouraged to see your score improve as you progress through the Challenge.

We'll be sending some emails to guide you through the process, but if all you do is build the Basic-8 habits into your life it will be a game-changer. The Assessment is organized in 8 sections (below) with 4 activities per section. For each section, the key Basic-8 activity is in large, bold type at the top.
